It seems to be always busy there, but the line goes fast. The employees know their jobs and always have answers to the questions I have. Glad I live close by!
Pretty spectacular and friendly staff. However, just like other locations it is still a post office. It is woefully understaffed, and there are not any automated things like postage machines etc. this branch has a decent sized lot and a drive through mailbox that picks up at 5pm on weekdays.
I've been able to pick up packages a day early but the two women I saw today were too lazy to look. Idk why anyone raves about they're customer service. It's garbage.
Like most post office they have no accountability and/or no honesty. They will cover up and lie for postal employees mishaps such as damaged and missing packages. Do will refuse to ring or knock on customers door or leave a note on door for packages. Postal inspector or customer affairs don' t follow up or investigate on mishaps by the postal office. Fall on deaf ears.
Marked my house down as inaccessible I live right near them?. Someone just wanted to go home early. Now the package is late because someone's lazy ass.
