I have never had any problems with Concentra. They get me in and out in a timely manner. And always make sure I am Ok.
It was packed, but the process was quick for the most part. After all of the paper work we only had to sit for an extra 30 minutes before we saw the physician. Drug test and physical was quick . Overall good experience, and the best part it is 24 hours!! So you can go at any time of the night to check your TB results if you needed to, or even get a physical or drug test. If I knew I would have went late at night.
Great experience other than my back pain. The staff is very professional and courteous. They are also very accommodating. I changed my appointment time without any issues. They explained what I was doing and why I was doing it. The best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had

The PA was great. She was thoroughly informative and did not appear to be drowsy unlike the Aide or the Tech who took my vitals in the room. The Tech/ Aide was sleeping behind the counter at the front of the waiting room. The lady who checked me in was very nice but she did inform me that I should just go to the Hospital for a sore throat and that she could refuse me care at that facility. ( all because I didn’t have my insurance card with me upfront and I had already agreed to pay out of pocket ) Which I do not believe to be true. I had never been to that facility before and did not have a current balance due. Overall the experience was just fine ... the PA was outstanding .. the staff was a little groggy but hey it was 2 am on a Monday morning. Just expected more professionalism.
