I would strongly recommend against using this company, even though it was recommended by the Fairfax County Virginia School System as a vendor. We ordered two books that were required reading. After neither book was delivered more than 10 days after the order, and having received no status from this company, we contacted them about the order. The customer service representative casually reported that the books were on back order and could not advise when the books would be shipped. When we asked why they did not advise of of this fact, she replied that it wasn't their policy to do so. Had we not contacted them directly, we would not have known the status. We canceled the order and went with a more reliable vendor.
